Mosaic’s mission is to provide an elegant space and effortless service that make guests feel seen and celebrated. We embrace fresh perspectives, bringing your vision to life in ways that feel personal and unforgettable.

OUR STORY

story

Mosaic Venue was founded on the belief that every celebration should be a true reflection of the people behind it. When owners' Phuong and David O’Neil planned their wedding over a decade ago, they struggled to find a venue that would allow them to merge their cultures—especially when it came to food. Phuong, who immigrated from Vietnam as a child, and David, a Minnesota native and military veteran, wanted a space where their families could come together without barriers. The challenge of finding a space that could accommodate their specific needs inspired them to create Mosaic.

At Mosaic Venue, we embrace an open catering policy and offer flexibility. We believe every event should be as unique as the people hosting it. Our approach allows clients to bring their traditions, flavors, and cultures to life—without strict restrictions. Whether it's a wedding, celebration, or gathering, Mosaic is a place where all stories are honored, and all guests feel at home.

FRANKLIN O'NEIL
Business Advisor

Every day is brighter when Franklin is in the building. 🐾 This four-legged force of calm and charm is the true center of the Mosaic universe. Whether he’s rotating his nap spot under different desks (he likes to keep everyone guessing), joining his dad for venue tours, or sitting in on interviews to size up candidate vibes, Franklin makes sure the team stays balanced—both in spirit and in schedule. Known for his laid-back outlook, Frankie often gives advice on work/life balance and how to spot a perfect sunbeam. As a successful entrepreneur in his own right, he’s always ready to “sit in” on… well, anything—meetings, calls, vendor visits, or lunch. Basically, if he can sit at it, he’ll attend. If you visit Mosaic and want to meet him, just ask for a “Frankie Tour.” He’ll be happy to lead the way!
